Plus they are joined by a host of special guests including Jehnny Beth, Ben Watt and The The's Matt Johnson to chat about Record Store Day and tracks that they love.  There are also record recommendations from Rufus Wainwright and Ron and Russell Mael from Sparks.     

Throughout today BBC Radio 6 Music is broadcasting a special series of programmes in support of Record Store Day, which has been postponed.  'Record Store Day: Mail Order' on 6 Music aims to raise awareness of the challenges the retail sector currently faces, reminding listeners how they can continue to support artists and record stores.  It also celebrates the army of key delivery workers and retailers who are continuing to keep music fans supplied with the music they love in these challenging times. Throughout this special day of music sharing and exploration, 6 Music presenters talk to musicians, record collectors, music industry figures and music retailers as well as playing a selection of music from their own and other BBC Radio presenters’ record collections to show support for this vital part of the music loving community.

Also on the show, Clare Crane has the best music and entertainment stories of the past week in ‘This Week In Music’.
