What has happened to the long awaited Domestic Abuse Bill? Victoria Atkins MP,  Under Secretary of State and Minister responsible for Safeguarding, joins Jenni.

Victoria Atkins MP is Parliamentary Under Secretary of State (Minister for Safeguarding).  Her portfolio includes modern day slavery, domestic abuse and violence against women and girls, including FGM.
