A youth team player at Liverpool, Jim talks about his time at the club training alongside some of the best players in the country, working under Kenny Dalglish and how the former Liverpool boss told him he was being sold.

The former Northern Ireland captain also spoke about his memories of the Hillsborough disaster and the aftermath in the city of Liverpool having travelled with official Liverpool party to the ill-fated game.

Jim also talks about his managerial career, lifting the lid on his departures from Ipswich Town and QPR. The former Northern Ireland U21 manager discusses working with Michael O’Neill and speaks about his interest in taking over from O’Neill as senior international manager.
