Pressure on EU for better coronavirus coordination increases

Pressure on EU for better coordination increases in the fight against the spread of the coronavirus.

The European Union is expected to impose new measures and a ban on all non-essential travel throughout the Schengen open travel zone. The UK and US governments have also increased the strictness of their advice following the release of a report from top health academics.

Also on the programme: The first human trials of a vaccine are underway; and we hear about the 3D printing method which is producing vital components for ventilators in hospitals.
