Mike Russell, who represents Argyll and Bute, recently announced he is to stand down as an MSP. Mr Russell, who will be 67 in August, said it may be time for someone younger to represent the constituency. As well as that, all but one of the US presidential candidates is over 70.

BULLYING AT WORK 
A senior home secretary official has accused home secretary Priti Patel of bullying and has suggested he will be taking legal action. Since then other civil servants have made comments about her leadership, with reports this morning that a former aide to Ms Patel received a £25,000 payout after claiming she was bullied by the then employment minister.
