In Liverpool, Matt Allwright meets a tenant living in a rented property riddled with damp.

Matt Allwright meets a Merseyside tenant living in a rented property riddled with damp, and he visits a property in Sussex where workers are being housed illegally in dangerous conditions.

Presenter Matt Allwright is on Merseyside, where he meets a woman who has lived without hot water for a decade in a rented property riddled with damp and mould. Meanwhile, council teams investigate a seaside property in East Sussex that should be empty but is illegally housing a team of workers in dangerous conditions. In Kent, Matt meets the developer who is transforming a once-derelict Victorian hotel into stunning, high-spec apartments.
