And why aren't some of the world's biggest pharmaceutical companies rushing to help find one? We hear from Thomas Breuer, chief scientific officer for pharma giant GlaxoSmithKline. And the BBC's Stephen Ryan has been to a microbiology lab which is working to create a viable vaccine.
