The A&E staff have to juggle the available space when a patient arrives with mystery abdominal pains. She’s in a lot of discomfort, but it isn’t immediately obvious what the problem is. Dental director Dr Brian Chittick operates on one of his own colleagues who has two troublesome wisdom teeth that need to be removed in surgery. And the stars of the women’s rugby sevens team – including Shetland’s island medics – take on teams across Scotland in the summer competition.
