Officers catch up with a travel company boss who has left holidaymakers high and dry.

Officers catch up with a travel company boss who has been taking holiday-makers’ money, booking their flights and then cancelling them, leaving them high and dry.

Enforcement officers team up with the parents of 15-year-old Megan Lee, who died after suffering an allergic reaction to a meal ordered from a takeaway. Megan’s parents Adam and Gemma have made a video encouraging food premises to take allergen control more seriously. 

Meanwhile, trading standards officers catch up with a travel company boss who has been taking holiday-makers’ money, booking their flights and then cancelling them, leaving them high and dry. And they crack down on a water company after a sewage leak pollutes a stream running through a picturesque Oxfordshire village.
