Gunman shot dead in Thailand mass-killing

A soldier has killed 26 people and injured dozens more in a gun rampage in the Thai city of Nakhon Ratchasima.

Also on the programme: an exit poll indicated that the three main parties in yesterday’s Irish election are neck and neck. And: Elections for Delhi's state assembly look likely to give the chief minister, Arvind Kejriwal, a third term, with his Aam Aadmi party on course to win with a reduced majority.
