Karl Pilkington pops in. He is best known for his appearances on The Ricky Gervais Show and for presenting the comedy series An Idiot Abroad.

Dermot is joined in the studio by presenter and comedian Karl Pilkington, star of comedy Sick of It.

As the show returns for a second season, Karl explains the challenges and pitfalls facing his character as elderly aunt Norma hires new care worker Ruby, played by actress Marama Corlett.
 
Karl is best known for his appearances on The Ricky Gervais Show and for presenting the comedy series An Idiot Abroad. He made his acting debut on Gervais's 2012 comedy–drama series Derek.
