Meet Libby, the 51-year-old powerlifting world champion from Belfast.

Although Libby only took up powerlifting as a hobby two years before competing, her ability to challenge herself has driven her to both Northern Ireland and Team GB at Commonwealth, European and world level.

As she prepares for the upcoming Commonwealth Powerlifting Championship, recent health concerns, her age, risk of injury and the need to be self-funded are all potential obstacles in her way.
