Stewart Copeland talks about his TV series Adventures in Music, plus author Jane Alexander on her virtual-reality inspired novel.

Edinburgh based author Jane Alexander tells Janice about her new novel A User's Guide to Make-Believe - about a woman who becomes addicted to virtual reality in an attempt to reconnect with a partner she thought she had lost forever.  

Check Masses are a new Edinburgh band featuring someone who will be familiar to BBC Radio Scotland listeners: Vic Galloway joins Saleem Andrew McGroarty and ‘Philly’ Angelo Collins in a new band who promise a mix of psychedelic soul, widescreen hip-hop and blues mythology.  Their debut single Dripin Angel has just been released.

Stewart Copeland, drummer with The Police, talks about his new series exploring the power of music and what it means to humanity, meeting scientists and performers in Stewart Copeland's Adventures in Music.

Comedian Maisie Adam talks about her show Hang Fire, which she's bringing to The Stand in Edinburgh and Glasgow, about lies, forgiveness and working out who is to blame.
