Chile’s President allows a public vote on new constitution

The Chilean President, Sebastian Pinera has enacted a law enabling a referendum on a new constitution to be held in late April.

Also on the programme: Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has claimed a "huge win" in a vote that challenged his leadership of the Likud party. And: we go to Austria, where after years of controversy, smoking in restaurants, bars and cafes has finally been banned.
