There are growing indications that the Islamic State (IS) group is re-organising in Iraq, two years after losing the last of its territory in the country. We have a special report by the BBC's Orla Guerin in northern Iraq. 

Also in the programme: LGBT rights, the film about gay love shaking up Georgia; and aid agencies are warning that winter conditions, combined with a surge in fighting in north-west Syria, are putting children in refugee camps at risk with life-threatening illnesses.
