Two boys hypnotise their headmaster into thinking he is the superhero Captain Underpants.

When their headmaster attempts to end their friendship, two school friends hypnotise him into believing that he is Captain Underpants, an imaginary superhero.

George and Harold, two primary school friends, create an imaginary superhero called Captain Underpants. When their principal, Mr Krupp, attempts to split up their friendship, they hypnotise him into believing that he is the pants-wearing crusader of their imaginations.
