The Thomas Cook customers waiting for refunds two months after its collapse

Thousands of Thomas Cook customers are still waiting for refunds sixty days after they applied to the Civil Aviation Authority.  After the travel firm went into administration in September, the CAA set up an online system for people with ATOL-protected bookings to claim their money back.  What is the reason for the delay?

Instagram is trying out removing "likes" from people's accounts. They say it's to help users' mental health, but what will it mean for online influencers?  Will big brands still be willing to pay serious money to influencers, if there is no easy way for them to measure how well they are performing?
