In Hong Kong, there's every sign turnout in today's local elections will be huge, we go there live as voting continues.

Also in the programme:  Protests in Colombia enter their third day, we hear from the capital, Bogota.

And how the floodgates might have opened on new struggles for ethnic identity in Ethiopia.
