The SNP has unveiled a new plan to help new parents including 12 weeks on a use-it-or-lose-it “Daddy leave”. The latest figures from the TUC showed that just 9,200 new parents took up shared leave in 2018 out of more than 900,000 who were eligible - that's 1%
