The World Health Organisation says there's a 'Global epidemic' of childhood inactivity - how do we make our kids more active? 

The World Health Organisation says children's health is being damaged as well as their brain development and social skills.  It says failing to take the recommended hour a day of exercise is a universal problem in rich and poor countries.  According to their study 75% of boys and 85% of girls in the UK were inactive.
