Dom is put through his paces on the front line of American law-enforcement, working as a police officer with the Aransas Pass Police Department on the Gulf Coast of Texas. Two years ago, Hurricane Harvey devastated this area, destroying homes and jobs and leaving police under pressure with a crime rate 90 per cent higher than the rest of Texas. Dom’s mentor is Jack McCarthy, a young army veteran who is also a qualified firefighter and paramedic.
