He's tried to reassure sceptical US lawmakers over the safety of proposed currency.

At a fractious hearing in Washington, members of Congress attacked plans for the payment system, warning it could be abused by criminals and terrorists.
Mr Zuckerberg was also challenged over claims that he had lied to US regulators in the past, but he promised Libra would not be launched without government approval.
Also, it has been announced that the US have achieved quantum supremacy - we explain what does that actually mean.
And we ask wow hard is it going to be for Canada's Prime Minister Justin Trudeau to put together a cabinet?
Plus - China’s surveillance and facial recognition technology are arguably the most advanced in the world and they account for over 40% of global sales to places like Germany, Ecuador, Uganda or the UK. But, some worry that the countries going big on digital CCTV might also be opening the door to being spied on themselves. Is there any justification for those fears? And why is surveillance and AI one of China's strategic priorities?
