With £400,000 in their pocket, her buyers have pinpointed Ayr as a potential perfect town because it puts them a walk from the beach and a train ride from the buzz of Glasgow. They soon discover it’s a real gem of a place, with a multi-generational crowd thanks to its university campus and lively theatre scene, as well as award-winning local seafood on the waterfront. While Ayr seems to have won them over, will any of the houses on Nicki’s menu have whet their appetite and end up becoming their perfect home?
