Wake up and embrace the day with Gary Davies! Line of Duty actress Anna Maxwell Martin and Catastrophe star Sharon Horgan join Gary in the studio to share stories from the new series of Motherland. 

Anjula Devi, the first consultant chef on Indian cuisine at Manchester United football club, brings us a traditional Indian breakfast at the start of National Curry Week.

We also celebrate World Space Week with The British Interplanetary Society's Victoria Southgate who wows with her starry Show and Tell fact.

Along with Tina Daheley on news, Richie Anderson on travel and Mike Williams on sport, Gary and the team have the best start to your morning. With celeb guests, quizzes, headlines, tunes chosen by listeners and more music than you can shake a glitterball at!
