CEO Adam has signed up a brand new social media influencer, 21-year-old Lottie Tomlinson. She already has over three million followers, and Adam wants to impress her.

Adam and the team get to work on a collection for 21-year-old Lottie Tomlinson, the latest social media influencer to sign up to the brand. The young star already has over three million followers, and Adam wants to impress her with a trip to Ibiza to shoot the campaign for her new range.

After working closely with the design and buying teams, some of Lottie’s samples arrive for both her and Adam to sign off. While Lottie is ultimately happy with the collection, Adam is concerned the designs are very niche and may not prove as popular or make as much profit as Lorna Luxe’s collection.

Meanwhile the creative and marketing teams start planning the campaign shoot in Ibiza. With five other social media influencers invited as well as Lottie, the team have their work cut out to make sure it’s an Instagrammable experience for all. But when things move at fast-fashion pace, mistakes can happen, and senior creative Hollie struggles to keep her head above water on the shoot. Will she pull it off? And after the expense of the shoot, will Adam make a profit?

Set within the Salford offices of In the Style, this series takes us inside Greater Manchester’s new world of ultra-fast fashion.

Adam Frisby left school at 15 with no GCSEs, but in just five years he has built his fashion business In the Style into a £30 million turnover company.

This series follows the 32-year-old CEO, his fiancé Jamie and their young team through the summer season as the company competes with rival fast fashion brands to sign up the latest talent, come up with the hottest styles and supply them faster and better than anyone else, risking hundreds of thousands every week.

The company’s USP is the work they do with social media influencers and celebrities. Once Adam has found a star he wants to work with, the team will work closely with them and design a new collection, followed by some serious online promotion. By attaching the brand to celebrities and influencers, Adam and his company’s reach can hit up to 20 million people.
