The country's highest court has ruled that it's illegal for parents to smack their child

The country's highest court has ruled that it's illegal for parents to smack their child.

South Africa's constitutional court has ruled that it's illegal for parents to smack or hit their children. It upheld a previous ruling that any form of corporal punishment to discipline children is unconstitutional and violates the rights of a child. We'll speak to parents on both sides of the debate in the country. 

Also, the fallout continues from the drone attacks against Saudi Arabian oil facilities. But how much of a threat to global security could drones be? We'll put questions from our listeners to a drone expert. 

And we hear the story of a Siberian shaman who was marching across Russia to 'banish' President Vladimir Putin from office. He's now been detained. We'll hear more from our BBC correspondent in Moscow.
