It’s film review day: the big-screen adaptation of Donna Tartt’s Pulitzer Prize-winning novel The Goldfinch; black comedy horror Ready or Not and terrorist drama Hotel Mumbai.

It’s film review day and we’ll be discussing this week’s new releases: the big-screen adaptation of Donna Tartt’s Pulitzer Prize-winning novel The Goldfinch starring Nicole Kidman, Ansel Elgort and Aneurin Barnard; black comedy horror Ready or Not and a terrorist drama based on the real life 2008 attacks, Hotel Mumbai, starring Dev Patel.

We’ll have a live report from the Dinard Festival of British Cinema, as well as celebrating BBC Music Day and also enjoying a live session from Heidi Talbot and Adam Holmes, newly performing together under the name Arcade.
