Growing in Flint, North Wales, Jade’s Granddad took her down to her local Taekwondo club, where she quickly discovered her inner fighter. 

In this series, Jade opens up about the family who supported her on her Olympic journey from Youth Olympic champion to double Olympic champion, and how she now copes with the pressure of expectation.
