PM Boris Johnson is expected to tell European Commission the UK will not delay Brexit.

Boris Johnson is in Luxembourg for his first meeting as prime minister with European Commission president Jean-Claude Juncker. But Mr Johnson has warned once again that he will not ask for an extension to delay Brexit beyond October 31st.
