Jamie’s guest this week is London-based vocalist and songwriter Bryony Jarman-Pinto who joins him for a Take 5.

Bryony was born in Cumbria and became involved in music after attending her mum’s BlueJam Arts workshop, where she learnt to play and perform in a band, and has recently released her album Cage and Aviary on the Tru Thoughts label.

She shares her influences and some of the artists that she is listening to right now.
