Irish government cool on Brexit renegotiation; US Supreme Court approves wall money

The Irish government gives a negative response to the new British prime minister's attempt to renegotiate the Brexit backstop agreement. 

Also in the programme: The US Supreme Court rules that the Trump administration can divert military funds to pay for the construction of a border wall.
