Recordings show Iranian coastguard spoke with Royal Navy frigate before tanker was seized

A recording has emerged of radio exchanges between a Royal Navy frigate and Iranian armed forces vessels, moments before a UK-flagged oil tanker was seized in the Gulf on Friday. We hear from the maritime security company that obtained the recording.

Also in the programme: a French charity is resuming migrant rescue operations in the Mediterranean seven months after another of their vessels had its registration revoked and Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelensky is hoping to consolidate his power in a snap election.
