Bear Grylls gives an exclusive interview ahead of the release of his book 'Soul Fuel' - his first book about faith.

In this exclusive interview for Good Morning Sunday, ahead of the release of 'Soul Fuel - A Daily Devotional' Bear Grylls chats to Jason Mohammad about what helps him keep his life on track - daily motivational messages and Bible readings. Although better known for his adventures - the former Special Forces soldier, Everest mountaineer and presenter of the series 'Running Wild with Bear Grylls', Bear has a strong faith. He tells Jason why failure and doubt are much more interesting than strength and success and how his Christian faith has helped him navigate the hardest moments of his life, including losing hid Dad.

Plus journalist Kavita Puri discusses her new book 'Partition Voices: Untold British Stories', about the partition of India. Kavita tells Kate and Jason the very personal reason why she wanted to explore the experiences of British people who lived through one of the most tumultuous events of the twentieth century. 

Plus double amputee David Williamson tells Kate and Jason why he has just complete 30 marathons in as many days.
