As part of the 6M In Space season we take the opportunity to revisit Cerys' interview with astronaut and scientist Helen Sharman. Helen talks chemistry, launch pods, gravity and being the first Briton in space in May 1991.

Plus Trials of Cato stop by for a session. Originally from North Wales and Yorkshire, Trials of Cato formed whilst living in Beirut, where they spent time refining the roots of their sound into a hybrid of traditional influences. Their debut album Hide and Hair (2018), Recorded in the spring of 2018 at Penylan studios in mid-Wales. The band is made up of Robin Jones,William Addison and Tomos Williams.
