Venezuelan opposition leader, Juan Guaidó, calls for a rally to both mark Independence Day and call again for the removal of President Nicolas Maduro.

Venezuelan opposition leader, Juan Guaidó, has recently returned to the country and today he has called for a fresh rally to both mark the country's Independence Day - and call again for the removal of President Nicolas Maduro. Our reporter brings us the latest from Caracas.
