The UN has condemned the airstrike on the detention centre close to the capital, Tripoli

The UN has condemned an airstrike on a detention central close to the capital. Dozens have been killed. The UN-recognised government blamed the airstrike on the Libyan National Army, which is loyal to the renegade general, Khalifa Haftar. His forces have denied they were involved in the attack. 

Also in the programme: EU leaders choose German defence minister to be next leader; and there have been protests in Israel after an undercover policeman shot dead an unarmed Israeli of Ethiopian descent.The UN has condemned an airstrike on a detention central close to the capital.
