Military chief shot in Ethiopia "coup attempt"; Angelina Jolie on refugees

In Ethiopia the army chief of staff has been shot while trying to prevent a coup against the regional administration in Amhara state.

Also in the programme: The UN’s Special Envoy to the High Commissioner for Refugees - Hollywood actor Angelina Jolie - with a damning assesment on why the world today is failing refugees.

And voters in Turkey's largest city,  Istanbul go to the polls to elect a new mayor.  the vote is seen as a test of President Erdogan's popularity. we'll go Live to Istanbul.
