Janice Forsyth speaks to Stephen Poliakoff about Summer of Rockets, his new TV drama starring Keeley Hawes. Plus reviews of Gentleman Jack and Lewis Capaldi's debut album.

Writer Stephen Poliakoff tells Janice about new BBC drama series Summer of Rockets, starring Keeley Hawes and Toby Stephens. He describes it as his most personal work yet, based in part on his own and his families experiences.

The Long Look is a new exhibition at the Scottish National Portrait Gallery, exploring the creative collaboration between Edinburgh-based artists Audrey Grant and Norman and crime-writer Val McDermid, which began when Audrey asked Norman and Val to sit for portraits.

Wayetu Moore is the founder of the One Moore Book Club, which encourages children’s reading in countries with low literacy rates. Her debut novel She Would Be King combines the story of the tumultuous roots of Liberia; with magical realism, , and post-colonial feminist reappropriation.
