The idea of getting a hair transplant used to be something men were embarrassed to talk about but there's been a big shift in attitudes. High profile actors and football stars have gone public about undergoing the procedure and it's no longer seen as taboo. It's expensive, though - the average hair transplant in the UK costs around £7,000. You and Yours was contacted by a mother prepared to stump that sort of money up to help her son get a transplant after seeing him lose his confidence. We explore what options are available and find out what you can expect for your money.

Most of the major High Street banks have signed up to a new banking code which is designed to make it more clear when a customer should get a refund after becoming a victim of fraud - or if they should take some responsibility themselves. Banks can still avoid liability if they can prove the customer was 'grossly negligent'.
