Also, secret filming captures three familiar high street names repeatedly breaking their own rules, Prue Leith investigates the extent of food waste at some of the country’s most familiar food chains, and, in Rogue Traders, a used car dealer is caught on camera selling an unroadworthy vehicle – and isn’t too happy when Matt arrives to challenge him on it.
