Customers unbox, test and score three new products to decide today’s winner.

Customers unbox, test and score a portion-control plate, a music box and an innovative dog lead. But only one can win the Customer is Always Right trophy

Three entrepreneurs come together to discover what our customers think of their precious products. They’re nervous, but ready to watch the customers unboxing, testing and giving their feedback on what they like, dislike and what they think could be improved for each invention.  

In today’s episode, we meet Alix, Ben and Jen, all hoping to get a high score from our customers to become today’s winner.

Alix’s invention is a portion-control bowl which she hopes will encourage people to cut down on the amount of food they eat. Ben has developed and created a customisable electronic music box especially for people who have previously been unable to play traditional musical instruments. And a stroll with her pet dog gave Jen the idea for her invention – a dog lead with a multi-loop design that allows owners to walk their dogs at varying distances and bring their furry friend to heel with ease and control.
