After that, we hear from BBC presenter Babita Sharma about her new book ‘Shopkeepers’. It’s based on her experience of growing up with her parents in their corner shop and how it’s made an impact on her life. Then Qasa speaks to Paul Uppal, the government's first ever Small Business Commissioner, who is trying to help small businesses tackle issues with late payments.
