Israel PM vows to annex West Bank settlements if re-elected

The Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu says he will annex parts of the West Bank if he is re-elected. We hear from a former US envoy to the Middle East. 

Also on the programme: ceremonies are being held in Rwanda to mark the twenty-fifth anniversary of the genocide; and using Flamenco music to combat prejudice!
