Cat Harvey chats to Jo Foat about her new book Lumberjills: Britain's Forgotten Army. Why were these women, who were so crucial to the war effort, all but forgotten?

A new book has been published this month, looking at the hidden story of the Lumberjills – the women who helped the war effort by felling trees. Cat chats to author Jo Foat about these forgotten women.
