Shirley Manson of Garbage drops in to tell us about the keynote speech she is doing there, Sports Team join us to share the results of their Austin/SXSW 'sonic treasure hunt' and local weatherman hero Jim Spencer talks to us about life in Austin. Jim also puts gigs on every year at SXSW, this will be his eleventh year.

Also Blinders and Pip Blom’s manager Alex Edwards join us to talk about what bands hope to achieve by coming to SXSW.  

We also hear what the department of culture are doing in SXSW to support UK music, and our very own Huw Stephens supports U.S. food, by exploring Texan food.

Plus there is a live session from USA act Black Belt Eagle Scout, who plays 3 tracks for us.
