Named after Miles Davis’ last studio album of the ‘70s, On The Corner Records is a truly global affair. Finding artists from every continent who are refreshing and updating traditional sounds is their speciality, and a breakthrough arrived last year in the shape of DJ Khalab’s ‘Black Noise 2084’. You ask any independent record shop what their favourite release was of last year, this one will be right up there. Pete will be spinning some favourites and label cohorts, and chatting to Tom all about the upcoming warehouse parties they have planned.
