Pramod Bhasin returned to India in 1997 after working abroad for years. He spotted an opportunity to start a new industry that would employ hundreds of thousands of Indians.

He tells Witness how he set up India's first call centre in spite of telecom challenges that might have put most entrepreneurs off.
