Malala Yousafzai tells us about her new book highlighting the stories of girls around the world who find themselves refugees.

It was revealed this week that West Midlands Police failed to record more than 16,000 violent and sexual crimes. So how big is the problem of unrecorded sex crimes and what can the 43 forces in England and Wales do about it? We hear from Katie Russell the national spokesperson for Rape Crisis and Zoe Billingham an Inspector with HM Inspectorate.

Jasmin Paris entered the record books as the first woman to win The Spine Race.  It begins in Derbyshire and ends on the Scottish border. She tells us how she managed to break the record by 12 hours and why she had to express milk for her young daughter along the way.
