Colum Arbuckle's guests are Kate Murphy and Duncan Scarlett.

Kate is a retired teacher and has taught all the way from Portrush to Darkest Africa And if you want to know a thing or two about local folklore, she could well be the person to ask.
Duncan was also a teacher but his passion has been bell ringing for for over half a century. Chances are if you heard the bells ringing out from St Thomas' church in Belfast, Duncan was involved in it in some way.
Plus, Trish Bennett celebrates the lure of the honey bee and we travel back to 1962 when Z Cars first took to the road.
