Special counsel won't seek jail time for Donald Trump's former national security adviser

Special counsel Robert Mueller won't seek jail time for Donald Trump's former national security adviser, Michael Flynn. In a memo, the special counsel's office said Mr Flynn had provided "substantial" details about links between the Trump election team and Russian officials.
